The Board of Directors govern the strategic operations of the center. The Board hires and oversees the President of the DRBDC who is responsible for the operational and management aspects of the center.

The DRBDC is strongly supported by mentors and volunteers who donate their time and support to the success of the entrepreneurs in the region. Tenants are assigned a three person advisory board who function as confidential advisors to the company executives. Additional support is provided by mentors who support both the tenants and staff, providing professional advice and networking support.
Danville Community College has provided valuable resources through the intern and coop programs. Interns and coop students further enhance the center's ability to provide administrative support. They work directly with the center in the form of marketing and administrative support as well as in logistics management and technician support. Many of the students have work experience and knowledge that enables their skill sets to be matched to tenants who have specific projects or assignments that will benefit the student, enhancing their opportunity to learn diverse tasks while contributing to the success of the tenant businesses.
